How do saved replies for tutor messaging work?

Saved replies can be scoped to a problem and / or to an institution. 

Scoped to problem Not scoped to problem
Scoped to institution Saved reply is accessible on that problem only when the problem exists in a course owned by that institution. Any tutor with access to that problem can create this type of saved reply.  Saved reply is accessible from any problem in any course owned by this institution. Any tutor for this institution can create this type of saved reply. 
Not scoped to institution Saved reply is accessible on that problem, regardless of where the problem appears. Any tutor with access to that problem can create this type of saved reply.  Saved reply is accessible from any problem in any course owned by any institution. Only Grok staff can create this type of saved reply. 

Saved replies for competitions

When you start tutoring a Grok competition, there will already be some saved replies visible. If they are appropriate, please use them! If they're not quite right, you can tailor the message before you send it. 

Create or Edit saved reply

You can also create and edit saved replies, to help your fellow tutors. 

Inside the saved reply window, click the compose button to the right of the search box. A saved reply requires a Title, Content, and Context that it applies to - see above. Make sure the context is appropriate if you are creating or editing a saved reply!
